Block III Weekend

Okay, I'm getting behind in blog posts, so I'll make this quick (this blog is basically my journal anyway, so it doesn't have to be exciting per se)
Well, Block III weekend is here again! what the heck? This semester makes last semester look like the Children of Isreal's 40 year vacation in the wilderness...I mean we are flying this time around! So I tried the "Annie Cake" Recipe to make some cupcakes. The more common names is "Better Than Anything Cake" and it even has a more popular name than that, but I don't use it because it's pretty vulgar.

Well, if you want to know how to turn the Better Than Anything Cake into great cupcakes that will sell out in less than a couple hours, here is what I did:
1.Betty Crocker Fudge Chocolate cake mix--bake the cupcakes as usual.
2. Plane the tops of the cupcakes to expose the porous inside.  I have to do this no matter what since most cupcakes in our oven come out looking like volcanoes)
3.Then pour Hershey's Caramel Syrup and some Dulce de Leche syrup on top of each cupcake. The syrup should soak into the cupcakes very nicely.
4. Wait till cupcake are completely cool and frost with cool whip.
5. top with heath bar bits. (you can get bags of this in a baking aisle of a grocery store..heck, they even had it down here!)

Yep, these were freaking amazing cupcakes if I do say so myself.

Tonight the school was playing Mirror Mirror, so Michelle, Ashley and I met up to watch it. Hey, it wasn't amazing. It lacked a clear climax, and didn't have a definable romantic progression either, but at least it was clean!
